Beautiful chanter hand made from Isle Skye, sitting in my closet needing a good home. This chanter was made for one of my son's with hopes he would take on bagpipes like his Great Grandfather. It is made of African black wood. Funny how we have so many hopes and dreams for our children; they have their own dreams and we step aside for them so they may achieve their dreams. In other words it didn't happen.

I am looking for someone who is beginning bagpipes. Will take into consideration all request's

i have a young lad, whom i am teaching,at the moment, and he looking for a chanter, i have been teaching him for 3 months, as he is from a broken,home i would like to apply to you,for this on his behalf, the price of these is out of his mothers budget, and im sincere he would be able to make good use of this chanter, he has been using my spare chantter, but even thats taken a beating, i leave this to your descretion and thankyou anyway,

I have read your request for the chanter. I am very much in support of this youngster and you teaching him. My first concern is where would I mail this to? How old is this young man? I want to be certain that the chanter will go to someone who is looking forward to the bagpipes. I relize nothing in life is guaranteed and this could also be what could keep this youngsters attention so he will not stray to far when he becomes a teenager. Looking forward to your reply.
