How do I add a profile phoe?

Hi All,

 

Just joined Our Scotland and trying very hard to find my way around.

Can someone please tell me how to upload a photo for my profile page?

After I select the photo, I can't fiind where it says "upload".

 

Yes,  I am a computer eejit!
