We are a locations and production company in Edinburgh who produce photo shoots, film and TV for clients from all over the world. We are looking for beautiful photography!

If you have any images or you know of any fantastic locations - we'd love to hear from you.

We have a huge database of images which we use to entice our clients to come and shoot in Scotland. This includes beautiful landscapes, country houses and estates, beaches and harbours, city streets, unusual buildings, castles etc etc - it essentially is Scotland at it's best. It shows what Scotland has to offer and how diverse and wonderful it is - and what a great place it is to come for a shoot.

I hope that you are well and thanks for sending the link to your Flickr site - the pictures of Easdale Island are amazing! What a beautiful location.

We often feature photographers work on our website and also on our monthly newsletters so if you have anything else you'd like us to consider as well, let us know.

We also have a database of thousands of images of Scotland, of various locations - landscapes, castles, modern houses, beaches etc etc and we use this to try and encourage clients to come and shoot their pictures and films here.

We'd love to maybe use some of your pictures at some point - would it be OK to use them from your flickr site or maybe you can email me or send me a disc? What ever is easiest for you?

Are you offering payment to photographers providing images to promote your business? Copyright and credit for the photographers?

Thanks for your message.

We sometimes offer payment, depending on what is on offer from photographers. Sometimes it is per image or others, maybe a one off payment.

We always try to credit photographers when possible and we are fully aware of copyright laws.

None of our images are "re-sold" - they are mainly used on mood boards for clients or featured on our website, email mailers or some are just stored on our database. They are used to encourage people to come to Scotland to shoot their advertising & fashion pictures or for filming purposes. This also brings in money for the local economy.

Of course you retain copyright - always! I'd ideally look through what you have - as we are Location Scotland, we look for images all over the country. I can then let you know if we would be interested in featuring any of your shots.

These can be derelict houses, grand estates and mansions, castles, streets, landscapes - anything goes really as we are often asked for weird and wonderful locations!

I will keep you well informed if any of your shots are being used and as mentioned, will give you credits etc where possible.
